What's included

Two therapies, back to back.

One booking, one price. Begin in stillness, finish in fire — the pairing our regulars keep coming back for.

First — Surrender

60-min Float

Weightless · silent · dark

Suspended in body-temperature Epsom salt water, you lose track of where the body ends and the water begins. No light, no sound, no gravity — the nervous system drops into a deep, rare quiet.

Then — Effort

60-min Fire & Ice

Sauna heat · cold plunge

Move between deep sauna heat and the shock of a 4-5°C plunge. Circulation opens, muscles recover, and the mind learns to stay calm under pressure. You leave energised and clear.

Stillness, then fire.

Float empties the mind. Fire & Ice wakes the body. Together, they leave you completely reset.

— Why we pair them

What it does

Calm mind, charged body.

The float quiets your system; the contrast fires it back up. You get the best of both in a single visit.

Deep stress relief

Floating switches off the fight-or-flight response and floods the body with a rare, weightless calm.

Faster recovery

Contrast flushes metabolic waste and eases muscle soreness after training, sport or a long week.

Less inflammation

Cold exposure calms swelling and overactive inflammatory responses across the body.

Better sleep

Magnesium-rich float water and a settled nervous system set you up for deeper, easier rest.

Mood & energy

The cold triggers a clean rush of noradrenaline — focus and a bright, lasting lift.

Mental resilience

Stillness then cold trains a calm you can carry — steadier under pressure, out in real life.

Your visit

How the ritual flows.

Around two hours, start to finish. Arrive a little early, leave a lot lighter.

Arrive & settle

A warm welcome, a quick orientation, and a moment to leave the outside world at the door.

Float — 60 min

Shower, then sink into the pod. Weightless, silent, dark. Let the mind unspool completely.

Fire & Ice — 60 min

Three to four rounds of sauna and cold plunge. Breathe, plunge, rest, repeat.

Emerge

Dressed, hydrated and glowing. Calm in the mind, fire in the body — reset and ready.

One visit, everything at once

A full-body reset.

Most therapies do one thing. Pairing float with Fire & Ice works on the mind and the body in the same visit — you walk out lighter in every sense.

A quieter mind

Floating switches off fight-or-flight and lowers stress hormones — calm, clear, unhurried.

A recovered body

Contrast pumps fresh circulation through tired, sore muscles and speeds up recovery.

Deeper sleep

Magnesium-rich float water and a settled nervous system set you up for real, restful sleep.

Lasting energy

The cold plunge delivers a clean rush of noradrenaline — a bright lift that stays with you.

Everyday resilience

Stillness, then cold, trains a steadiness you carry out into the rest of your week.

The offer

One price. Everything above.

Good to know

Your questions, answered.

How long does the whole thing take?
Plan for around two hours in the building. That's your 60-minute float and 60-minute Fire & Ice, plus time to shower, change and ease between the two. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
Do I float first or do Fire & Ice first?
We recommend floating first — it quiets the mind and melts away tension — then moving into Fire & Ice to fire up circulation and leave energised. If you'd rather flip the order, just let our team know on the day.
Is it suitable for first-timers?
Absolutely. This is one of the best ways to experience Float Culture. We guide you through every step, and you're always in control — you set the pace in both the pod and the plunge.
Is the cold plunge safe for me?
For most healthy people, yes. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure or another medical concern, check with your doctor first — and always tell our team so we can guide you.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Bring swimwear for the sauna and plunge (or go nude in the private float room). Towels and amenities are provided. Arrive hydrated and avoid a heavy meal in the hour beforehand.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Yes — it makes a beautiful gift. Give us a call on 09 281 46 48 and we'll sort a voucher for the Float + Fire & Ice experience.
