Bodywork, considered

Not a routine. A reading.

Everybody carries their own map of tension. Our therapists begin by listening to where you hold stress, how you move, and what you need today - then shape the session around it. The result is a massage that actually changes how you feel, not just an hour on the table.

Experienced therapists

A decade of clinical and relaxation practice behind every pair of hands.

Personalised pressure

From feather-light to deep and firm - calibrated to you and checked throughout.

A true sanctuary

Warm light, quiet and our signature Bamboo Room to dissolve the outside world.

Massage Styles

Six ways to come back to the body.

Not sure which to choose? Tell us how you feel, and we'll guide you - or blend a few into one session.

Relaxation

Long, flowing strokes to calm the nervous system and melt everyday stress away.

Deep Tissue

Firm, focused work into chronic knots and the deeper layers of muscle and fascia.

Hot Stone

Smooth heated stones spread warmth deep into the muscles for a profound release.

Cupping

Gentle suction lifts tissue to improve circulation and free up stubborn tension.

Sports

Targeted work for athletes - prep, recovery and the prevention of overuse injury.

Pregnancy

Safe, nurturing massage to ease the aches of pregnancy and quiet the mind.

Why it matters

More than an hour off.

Regular massage is preventative care for body and mind - the effects reach far beyond the table.

Eases tension

Releases the chronic muscular holding that builds from desks, screens and stress.

Calms the mind

Lowers cortisol and shifts you into the parasympathetic rest-and-restore state.

Improves mobility

Frees stiff joints and tight fascia so the body moves with more ease and range.

Aids recovery

Boosts circulation and lymph flow to help muscles repair after effort or injury.

The body keeps the score — and good hands know how to read it.

— On the craft of bodywork

Stack the practice

Float first, then surrender.

A float before your massage softens the muscles and quiets the mind, so the bodywork lands deeper and lasts longer. Ask us about pairing the two — it's the most complete reset we offer.

Good to know

Massage, answered.

How do I choose the right style?
You don't have to decide alone. Tell us how you're feeling and what you'd like from the session, and your therapist will recommend a style - or combine a few into one tailored treatment.
How firm is the pressure?
Entirely up to you. We check in before and during the session, from gentle and relaxing through to deep and firm. There's no need to endure discomfort - just say the word.
Is pregnancy massage safe?
Yes. Our pregnancy massage is specifically designed to be safe and comfortable, with careful positioning and support. Please let us know how far along you are when booking.
How long are the sessions?
We offer 45, 60 and 90-minute massages. Sixty minutes suits a focused treatment; ninety gives time to work the whole body unhurried — our most popular choice.
Can I use a gift voucher for massage?
Of course. A Float Culture voucher can be redeemed against any therapy, including all massage styles. It's one of our most-gifted experiences.
