What's the introductory offer?
New clients can buy 4 × 60-minute sessions for $240 — mix and match float and Fire & Ice across your visits. It's personal to you and valid for 365 days. See the full offer →
Do packages or vouchers expire?
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from purchase, in line with NZ consumer guarantees. Packages are valid for 12 months - plenty of time to enjoy all five.
Are memberships locked in?
Never. Every membership is no lock-in — you can pause for up to 3 months once per year while you travel or cancel with 1-month notice. We just ask for a little notice so we can free up your regular slot.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. We ask for 12 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session so we can offer the time to someone else. Within 12 hours, a late cancellation fee of $20 will be charged.
Can I use a voucher towards a membership?
Vouchers are best used for single sessions, experiences and massage. For memberships, get in touch and we'll find the right fit for how often you'd like to come in.
