Six sessions in five weeks. Float, Fire & Ice, or a mix, decided fresh each visit. Finish all six by 31 October and your seventh is a Fire & Ice on us.
If you pick the float, you're suspended in body-temperature Epsom salt water in the dark, with nothing to hold up and nothing to listen to. The hour goes somewhere you won't quite be able to account for afterwards.
If you pick Fire & Ice, it's the opposite kind of quiet. A private sauna at 80 to 90 degrees, a plunge at 4 to 5, three or four rounds of it. You come out clear-headed in a way that lasts into the evening.
Most people do some of each. You decide at the door.
One session is lovely and you've probably had one. Six is where it stops being an outing and starts being something your week is built around. Five weeks is long enough to get there and short enough that it doesn't quietly become a someday.
We book all six before you leave the counter, so you decide once instead of six times. A float counts as one session and so does a Fire & Ice.
Finish all six and your seventh session is a Fire & Ice, free. The first ten to finish also get a year of Fit Rewards Club.
Your sessions run to 30 November. Anything unused after that becomes a gift voucher at the $60 you paid, good for three years.
The One Miss Rule. Miss a week and you're still in. Life does that, and one gap doesn't end it.
Everyone who buys the Six Before Summer pack gets all three. Each voucher carries its own terms.
A $50 voucher.
A $100 voucher.
Three classes.
PLOS ONE, 2018. We won't tell you six of them cures anything. We will tell you the regulars are different by about session four, and they'll tell you so themselves.
