It is possible to feel good after your first float, but more likely after your second, third or greater number of floats. Floatation therapy has an accumulative effect, once you become comfortable in the float pod, you are then able to see the benefits. Scientific research into floating has found that 3 floats done within a 10-14 day period produces by far the best initial results.
Float session is 60 minutes + 30 min for showering. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment please let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in $20 charge.
